Where is Reinvent Boutique located?
We're at Unit 11, 8 Vernon Drive, Lincoln, Christchurch — a short drive from the city, with parking right outside.

What are your opening hours?
We're open Wednesday to Friday, 10am–5pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 10am–3pm. We're closed Mondays and Tuesdays. You can also shop online with us 24/7.

What is a consignment store?
A consignment store sells clothing on behalf of its original owners rather than buying stock outright. When your item sells, you receive a share of the sale price — it's a sustainable, low-effort way to sell clothes you no longer wear.

Do you buy clothes, or is it consignment only?
We work on a consignment basis — you bring in your gently worn clothing, we sell it in-store and online, and you earn a share once it sells.

What kind of clothing do you sell?
We stock a curated mix of preloved designer labels and high street fashion, from everyday basics to special-occasion pieces, all in good condition.

How much does it cost to shop at Reinvent Boutique?
Prices typically range from $20 to $195, depending on the brand, condition, and item.

Can I sell my clothes online, or do I need to come in person?
Consignment drop-offs are done in person at our Lincoln store, so we can check condition and quality together.

Do you sell online as well as in-store?
Yes — everything in-store is also available to shop through our website, so you can browse anytime.
