Condition Grading

Pre-Loved With Confidence

Every piece that comes through our doors is condition graded and carefully checked before it goes on the rail — because we want you to know exactly what you're getting, every time.

Here's how we grade our preloved pieces:

BNWT — Brand New With Tags
Never worn, with original tags still attached. As new as it gets.

Excellent
Gently worn a handful of times at most, with no visible flaws. Looks and feels close to brand new.

Very Good
Loved, but with care — may show the faintest signs of wear (slight fabric softening, for example), but nothing that affects how the piece looks or wears.

Good
Shows some visible signs of previous wear consistent with its age, but is still fully wearable, presentable, and ready to be loved again.

We're selective about what we bring into the shop — every item is assessed for quality and condition before we accept it for consignment, so you can shop with confidence knowing everything has already passed our check.
