We want you to love what you buy from us — but we know sometimes a size just isn't right, especially with preloved pieces where fit can vary a little between brands.
7-Day Returns
If something doesn't work out, we're happy to accept a return within 7 days of receiving your item (for online orders) or from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases).
How to Return an Item
You can return your item in whichever way is easiest for you:
- In person — simply bring it back to us at Unit 11/8 Vernon Drive, Lincoln, Christchurch, during opening hours.
- By post — pack it up carefully and post it back to us at the same address. Return postage is at the customer's own cost, and we recommend using a tracked courier service, since we can't be responsible for items lost in the post on their way back to us.
Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn (aside from trying on), unwashed, and with any original tags still attached.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note, this refund does not include your original shipping cost. Most refunds are completed within a few business days of the item arriving back with us.
Common Reasons for Returns
Most returns we see are simply a sizing issue — too big or too small. If you're ever unsure about sizing before you buy, feel free to message us — we're always happy to help you get the right fit the first time.
