No appointment needed! Just pop in during opening hours. Make sure your items meet our consignment checklist so we can review them on the spot.
All donated clothing goes to the Cancer Society. Sales from their stores directly support cancer research, improved treatments in New Zealand, and the mission to help find a cure. It’s fashion that gives back.
No, we don't! It’s your responsibility to ensure all items are freshly washed, stain-free, and in great condition. Unwashed or unpresentable clothing will not be accepted.
- If your account balance is under $80, you can either use it as store credit or collect it in-store.
- If your balance is $80 or more, we’ll pay it via bank transfer at the end of the 6-week sales cycle.
Your 6-week sale period starts from the date you receive your ‘Items Listed’ email. That’s when your items go live in-store and online.
If something didn’t meet our quality standards, it won’t be accepted. Depending on your preference:
- donate, the items have been passed on to the Cancer Society.
- return, they are packed and ready for you to collect.
We accept high street and designer women’s clothing, shoes, and handbags that are no older than 4 years. We aim to keep the shop current and stylish, so we’re looking for pieces that are on-trend, in excellent condition, and ready for a second life.
